As all of our items are bespoke to each customer and personalized according to their requirements, we do not allow returns or refunds except in the case of printing quality issues of a PDF file.

Printing Quality Issues

If you receive an item with printing quality issues that was uploaded as a PDF, please contact us immediately by emailing team@weareprinter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your claim and, if the issue is confirmed to be due to a printing error on our end, we will offer one of the following options:

• Reprint the item with no additional charge;
• Refund the cost of the item;
• Provide a credit for the cost of the item that can be applied to a future order.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

• Mistakes or errors made by the customer, such as typos or incorrect information provided at the time of ordering;
• Color variations due to differences in monitor or printer calibration;
• Items damaged during shipping or delivery, which are the responsibility of the shipping carrier;
• Items lost during shipping or delivery, which are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
