As all of our items are bespoke to each customer and personalized according to their requirements, we do not allow returns or refunds except in the case of printing quality issues of a PDF file.
If you receive an item with printing quality issues that was uploaded as a PDF, please contact us immediately by emailing team@weareprinter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your claim and, if the issue is confirmed to be due to a printing error on our end, we will offer one of the following options:
